Women in Cocoa and Chocolate (WINCC) is an independent international network working to strengthen gender equity and leadership across the cocoa and chocolate sector.

WINCC focuses on advancing women in decision-making, but men who support these goals are more than welcome as members, mentors, partners and event participants as well.

Members gain access to a trusted international network, knowledge-sharing, mentoring opportunities, selected events and workshops, and a safe space for professional growth and exchange.

Yes. Participation in the Mentor Academy includes a one-year WINCC membership, providing access to the network, community and selected events. But you can also 'just' be a WINCC member, without joining the Academy.
