Become a mentor
Mentors in the WINCC Mentor Academy are senior professionals with 15+ years of experience who want to share perspective and insight in a structured and manageable way. As a mentor, you also gain access to selected workshops and benefit from visibility within the WINCC network. We actively promote mentors and create opportunities to showcase and offer your own services where relevant.

We welcome organisations to support WINCC as sponsors. Sponsorship contributes to a neutral and credible sector platform that strengthens gender equity and inclusive decision making across the cocoa and chocolate sector.
