Meet Our Mentors
WINCC mentors are senior professionals (female and male) with 15+ years of experience in cocoa, chocolate, agriculture, sustainability or supply chains. They join the Mentor Academy to share perspective and insight in a structured, manageable way, and to support the next generation of women leaders.
As a mentor, you become part of the WINCC network, gain visibility within the global cocoa and chocolate community, and have opportunities to share your expertise, services or offerings with the network. Mentors also have access to selected workshops and resources to strengthen their mentoring skills.
We are looking for mentors who listen well, bring reflective and action-oriented guidance, and are willing to invest a limited but meaningful amount of time.
