WINCC - More Women in the Mix event - 17 February 2026

WINCC will launch the WINCC Mentor Academy during Chocoa 2026. The Mentor Academy is a new programme designed to support, retain and advance women across the cocoa and chocolate value chains by providing structured mentorship, leadership development, and cross-company networks — with the goal of bringing More Women in the Mix in decision making roles.

The launch event coincides with WINCCs 10 year anniversary celebration and will ensure an intimate gathering of people (female and male allies) committed to advancing women across the sector, share insights on human capital and leadership needs in the sector, and invite mentees, mentors, and sponsors to participate.

Speaker guests include Christine Montenegro McGrath / SVP and Chief Impact & Sustainability Officer Mondelēz International, Jenny Davis-Pecoud (Partner Sustainability at Bain & Company), Merlyn Casanova Loor (CEO at Anecacao), Antonie Fountain (Voice/Vocal), Lieke Guinee (Head of Global Cocoa Programmes Beyond Beans / ETG)  And a special performance with singer-songwriter Kris Berry.
