The Mentor Academy is designed to focus on women working across the cocoa and chocolate sector who want to grow in their role, leadership or influence. Participants range from professionals to entrepreneurs, in all steps of their career. Men can also support these goals as mentors.

After applying, we schedule a short introductory call to understand your goals and expectations. If there is a good fit, we share the Mentor Service Agreement for signature, followed by the invoice. We then confirm your mentor match. If you have questions? Write to us on academy@wincc.info.

The first cohort starts in July 2026, with a second cohort planned later in the year. Places are limited (max 22) to ensure careful matching. Applications close on 1 March 2026.

The programme includes four one-hour mentoring conversations over six months. Sessions are flexible and planned around your work and personal schedule. After these sessions you can chose to continue with the mentor, or chose another one, for a reduced fee.
